Seeking skilled and motivated Service Technicians (Field Installers) to join our growing installation team. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install GutterDome ultra-premium gutter guard systems at customer homes
- Measure, cut, and fit gutter guards to each home's roofline
- Perform safe roof, ladder, and gutter assessments on every job
- Maintain a clean, professional work site from start to finish
- Complete installation paperwork and on-site photos accurately
- Interface professionally with customers, sales, and support teams
- Operate company tools and equipment safely and responsibly
Requirements/Skills:
- Prior field installation, roofing, or construction experience a plus
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Positive attitude with a desire to succeed
- Work well with little direct supervision
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation with a clean DMV driving record and valid state driver's license

Work Hours: Flexible – Weekday and Weekend installation schedules
