These SMS Terms govern the “GutterDome, Inc.” text message program and form part of our Terms of Use.

TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM TERMS

By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from “GutterDome, Inc.” and/or from an authorized independent GutterDome dealer at that number. Messages are sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. HOW YOU OPT IN

You opt in to text messages by providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages, either on a form on this website or on a written form provided to you in person. “GutterDome, Inc.” records the date, time and method of each opt-in.

HOW TO OPT OUT

You may cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send and you will receive no further text messages, other than a single confirmation of your opt-out. You may also opt out by contacting us at info@gutterdome.com or by calling 877-987-4888.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND COST

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. “GutterDome, Inc.” does not charge for this service, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates apply to messages sent and received.

SHARING WITH INDEPENDENT DEALERS

“GutterDome, Inc.” is a manufacturer and does not install in most markets. Where your request concerns a market served by an independent, authorized GutterDome dealer, your information may be shared with that dealer so that the dealer may respond to your request. Text messages may therefore be sent to you by “GutterDome, Inc.” or by an authorized independent dealer. Reply STOP to any message to stop all text messages to that number.
