GutterDome has received a Customer Satisfaction Award from Pulse of the City News (2016, 5 stars), a Spectrum Award of Excellence in Customer Satisfaction from City Beat News (2017), a Global Excellence Award from Acquisition International (2016), and Best Rain Gutter Installation Company — Pacific Northwest recognition in AI Magazine's Global 100 (2017) and Corp America / Boardroom Elite (2017). The company has also been recognized across the ACQ5 Country and Global Awards program from 2020 to 2026.

Who Recognizes GutterDome's Customer Service?

Two independent research programs in the same recognition family — Pulse of the City News and City Beat News, both working with The Stirling Center for Excellence — have rated GutterDome's customer experience. Pulse awarded a 5-star Customer Satisfaction Award in 2016; City Beat News followed with a Spectrum Award of Excellence in Customer Satisfaction in 2017.

In conjunction with The Stirling Center for Excellence, Pulse of the City News researches building and construction companies to identify those that provide an excellent customer experience alongside great design and construction work. Public and industry nominations are accepted, but Pulse also reviews online customer reviews, blogs, websites and other industry awards to build a balanced and objective rating for each company. The Customer Satisfaction Award is reserved for companies scoring the highest ratings of 4 or 5 stars.

Based in Lincoln, California, GutterDome specializes in rain gutter protection systems that prevent clogged gutters and eliminate gutter cleaning. Global Excellence Awards 2016 — The Article

Acquisition International's 2016 Global Excellence Awards feature introduced GutterDome as a manufacturer dedicated to providing its Dealer network with industry-leading gutter protection systems. Central to Jeffrey McCoy's leadership strategy, the article noted, is keeping every business decision focused on enhancing the consumer experience and actively listening to feedback from the firm's Dealer network.

“Our products offer a permanent solution to an annual problem. Each year, countless hours are spent cleaning clogged and debris-filled rain gutters. This is a time-consuming and dangerous task which is eliminated by installing GutterDome gutter guards.”

The article also set out why the Pacific Northwest mattered to the company: the region's demographics, dense tree canopies and annual rainfall make gutter guards a natural fit, and GutterDome has continued to expand its Dealer network across the United States since.
