Q:  My current market is saturated with lots of companies selling the same product. Does your company offer a level of exclusivity for my local market?

Q:  Product availability is important to my company. When we place an order, we cannot wait 2 – 6 weeks to receive product as we have customers and employees depending on us for installation. Does your company guarantee that you will be in stock and ship in a timely manner?
A:  Yes. In stock guarantee to ship your product order within two  (2) business days or FREE shipping.

Q:  Does GutterDome charge for leads?
A:  No. All corporate generated Consumer leads will be emailed to Authorized Dealer FREE of charge.

Q:  My last gutter guard company changed our Dealership Agreement without cause and did not receive our approval. Does your company practice these types of business tactics?
A:  No. Any amendment to a Dealer Agreement will only occur if mutually negotiated between GutterDome, Inc. and the Authorized Dealer.

Q:  My company installs a lot of product and we need to buy in larger quantities.  Do you offer quantity or volume discounts?

Q:  Do you have an advertising program that will help my company sell your product?

Q:  We are really trying to keep costs as low as possible and maximize profits.  Are there other ways to get the product cheaper other than the volume discounts?
A:  Yes. We have Dealer Recognition Programs (Peak & Off Peak) that we run periodically. We email the details of each program in a company newsletter to our network of Authorized Dealers.

Q:  Current gutter protection company changed our Dealership Agreement from Non-Exclusive to Semi-Exclusive and now wants to charge me an outrageous licensing fee for territory rights. Does your company practice these types of bait and switch practices?
A:  No. Any amendment to a Dealer Agreement will only occur if mutually negotiated between GutterDome, Inc. and the Authorized Dealer. Furthermore, we have a proven business model and will not be changing our distribution method to extract exorbitant licensing fees from our valued network of Authorized Dealers.

Q:  Do you charge for product samples to provide to Consumers?
A:  No. FREE marketing collaterals, product samples and in-home sales tools to support making your gutter guard installation business extremely profitable.

Q:  Do you market directly to Consumers for DIY self-install?
A:  No. We only market and distribute our rain gutter protection system product lines through our valued network of Authorized Dealers in their Semi-Exclusive “Protected Territory”.

Q:  My company has administrative staff, an outside sales team, overhead and a showroom; therefore we cannot match the price of a guy working out of his truck and garage.  Do you have a solution for this potential issue in the marketplace?
A:  Yes. GutterDome has SRP (Suggested Retail Price) installation guidelines that are recommended to all of our Authorized Dealers.  If you do bid against another Authorized Dealer, you will have to sell your job on merits (Customer Service, warranty, testimonials, etc.) other than who has the lowest price. All of our Authorized Dealers must provide the following documentation (Business License, Contractors License, Liability Insurance and Workers Comp Insurance) and pass our internal background verification process.
